Jack is the President of Baldwin & Clarke Retirement Plan Services, Inc. He is also the principal architect of the firm's corporate finance and capital markets activities. |
As such, Jack recognizes the
unique qualities of a business, beyond conventional norms, to help
its owners develop creative alternatives to bring their
opportunities and strategies to the attention of the financial
marketplace. He represents client companies in communicating these
strategies and negotiating financial transactions required
for their implementation.
Jack has a broad industry background with special emphasis on bank consolidations and startups, healthcare and manufacturing. He is a registered securities principal of the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a member of the
American Society of Pension Actuaries and is a founding director of

Chuck is the Treasurer of Baldwin & Clarke Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Chuck is also the creator of the financial, estate, and wealth transfer planning services offered by the Baldwin & Clarke companies. He also is the President of Baldwin & Clarke Advisory Services, Inc., a registered investment advisor. His expertise is utilized by clients to assure that sound wealth transfer and financial planning are effectively integrated with their retirement plans and business exit strategies. Chuck's expertise in developing funding strategies for executive benefit planning is available to clients who utilize Baldwin & Clarke Corporate Finance to develop value creation-based executive compensation systems.
Active in community affairs, Chuck served as Chairman of the Board of the New Hampshire Retirement System (a gubernatorial appointment) from August of 1993 to October 1996. He has served on the boards and investment committees of various charities and is a national officer in professional societies. |
